Activities
Work began in Costa Rica in 1972 and was centered in the Guadalupe area just outside of San Jose. Subsequently the ecclesia relocated to downtown San Jose. In the mid 1980′s with little response to preaching and only one local brother attending consistently the four Mission Workers were about to return home when a group of Evanglicals from Santa Barbara enquired about our beliefs and sought instruction in the Truth. In a short time an ecclesia was established in Santa Barbara and continues to grow. In 2010 there was another baptism and this now puts the number of brothers and sisters in Costa Rica over 50 members.
A small ecclesia of 4 members was formed some years ago as a result of outreach work on the Pacific Coast in a small village in an area called Costa de Pajaros.
